We are looking for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed residential children's home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home operates to the highest standards, meeting Ofsted requirements, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will oversee staff supervision, compliance, and day-to-day management, while also supporting the long-term development of the service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising care staff
  • Experience working in children's homes for a minimum of 2 years within the past 5 years

Role Details:

  • Full-time position with occasional flexibility to work from home
  • Must be adaptable and available to meet the needs of the home, including evenings and weekends where required
