Stafforce Carlisle are thrilled to have partnered with an outstanding business, at the start of an impressive growth period, who are in the late stages of planning the opening of their newest residential children's home in Workington, West Cumbria. Due to being let down at this late stage, they have found themselves in the market for a new Registered Manager, to lead the team through what will be an exciting time in the launch of this new facility.

In exchange for your experience, you will be offered a very competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 DOE. There is also a performance based bonus and the promise of salary increase as the home grows.
