Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Take ownership of all customer returns, both physically and systemically.
· Handle all related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Record, store, input, and update return and customer information correctly.
· Respond to and communicate with customer services and operations departments.
· Submit and track courier claims for lost or damaged parcels.
Skills & Experience Required
· A good standard of education.
· Good concentration and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong IT skills and confidence using tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
· SAP Business One experience would be an advantage, but training will be given.
Own transport is essential.
