Our client is currently recruiting for a Revenue Cycle Assistant, with a great company culture, and an impressive remuneration and benefits package, for an initial 6-month period, but with the opportunity to be hired on a permanent basis for the right candidate.

The business is growing rapidly, working with various stakeholders at a local level to reduce costs, carbon emissions and overall consumption by overseeing the development and production of innovative energy solutions for customers.

In this role you will work collaboratively with the Contract Management and Customer Services Teams to support the recovery of customer income. Due to the company's rapid growth, there will be ample opportunities for the right candidate to grow within the business; you must be someone with big ideas and the drive to push your career forward in this sector.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Issuing various correspondence to customers

- Reviewing customer accounts

- Calling relevant customers to retrieve monies owed

- Communication with customers to ensure risk mitigation and revenue security

- Ensure customer files are kept up to date to prevent delays in communications

- Reconciliation of customer accounts

- Analysis of various data to recover income
