Sales Administrator (with Marketing Focus)

Maldon, Essex - Full-time, Permanent - Up to £30,000 per annum

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing? We are currently seeking a proactive and efficient Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team in Maldon. If you have experience in order processing, CRM management, marketing activities, and customer support, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
• Keeping the CRM system up-to-date with customer information, sales activities, and communications.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, including creating and sending mailshots to customers.
• Monitoring and working on click-per-view metrics to improve marketing performance.
• Handling customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm / Friday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
• ½ hour unpaid lunch break each day

Benefits:

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Previous sales administration experience
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Basic understanding of marketing, particularly mailshots and click-per-view

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
