Position Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Runcorn. In this role, you will process sales orders, address customer queries, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing & Invoicing:
    • Manage and process sales orders and queries from both UK and European distributors.
    • Invoice goods and arrange shipments promptly and accurately.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:
    • Respond to customer queries by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
    • Follow up on issues to ensure complete resolution and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Stay informed about the latest products and promotions to offer insightful guidance to customers.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organise folders, files, and update the company database regularly.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
    • Ensure that all information is organized, distributed, and input into our systems correctly.
    • Support the Sales Team and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Demonstrate patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
    • Effectively multi-task, prioritise, and manage time to meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, and effective communication.
  • Teamwork:
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft applications (including Excel).
    • Confident user of CRM systems.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    • Excellent communication, numeracy, and presentation skills.
