Seasonal Agricultural Operator - Grass Harvest (April - November)

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team for the upcoming grass harvest season. This is a high-intensity role perfect for those who enjoy outdoor work, operating machinery, and are driven by a strong earning potential.

The Role

Starting in April through to November, you will be a vital part of our harvesting operations. This role involves long hours and a commitment to the full season.

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts Monday - Friday 5:00-17:00 / 17:00-06:00, Saturday 5:00-15:00 / 15:00-24:00
• Rota: 6 days per week
• Location: outskirts of Lincoln

Pay & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive tiered pay structure to reward your hard work and overtime:

• Standard Rate: £12.71 per hour (first 39 hours).
• Overtime Rate: £19.06 per hour (for all hours worked over 39 per week).
• Night Shift Bonus: An additional £35.21 per night bonus paid for every night shift completed.

Estimated Weekly Earning Power: With a standard 72-hour week (6 days x 12 hours), gross pay exceeds £1,100 per week, plus applicable night bonuses.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License (Essential).
• Previous experience with agricultural machinery or heavy plant is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
• A "can-do" attitude and the physical stamina for a busy harvest season.
• Reliable transport to get to the site/depot.
