Service Charge Accountant

£33,000 - £40,000 per annum - pro rata depending on experience

Part Time - Days / Hours flexible to suit

Our client, a leading Midlands Accountancy practice, based in Daventry, is looking to recruit a Service Charge Accountant.

This is a part time position and our client is able to offer flexibility around the days & hours worked for the right candidate.

Service Charge Accountant Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of service charge accounts
• Finalisation of service charge accounts & billing
• Developing and maintaining active communication with colleagues
• You will responsible for managing and assisting a team of 2-4 people depending on the number of accounts being reviewed

Service Charge Accountant Requirements:

• It is essential that you have previous service charge accounts experience - applicants without this skill set will unfortunately be discounted
• AAT Qualified (or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Professional manner and able to communicate with people at all levels
