Shunter Drivers - Teesside (Ad Hoc Roles)

Stafforce is recruiting shunter drivers on behalf of a well-established company specializing in port operations. This role involves safely and efficiently moving freight within a busy terminal environment while ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed accurately and site regulations are followed.

Requirements:

✅ HGV Class 1 Licence - Essential

✅ Previous shunting experience in a fast-paced setting

✅ Strong communication skills - Ability to work well within a team

✅ Organized & efficient - Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Additional Requirements:

🔸 Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test

🔸 A pre-employment medical assessment is required

Working Hours:

📅 7-day operational schedule - Weekend work required

⏰ Shift patterns:

• Between 06:00 - 18:00
• Between 18:00 - 06:00
• 🔹 Additional hours may be required occasionally
