Site Labourer - Bury St Edmunds (Evening Refit Work - May start)

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Site Labourers to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds. This role supports property refit projects and requires individuals who can work safely, efficiently, and as part of a committed team.

The Role

You will be involved in a variety of refit tasks, including the removal of large units and the installation of new fixtures and equipment and site clearance. All work is carried out outside of business hours, so reliability and consistency are essential.

What to Expect

  • Work based from Bury St Edmunds
  • Average start time: 17:00 until shift completion
  • Shifts may run beyond 8 hours depending on workload
  • Manual handling and regular heavy lifting
  • Work completed after business hours only
  • CSCS card required
  • Full PPE required
  • Random Drugs & Alcohol testing may be carried out

Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full PPE (boots, hi‑vis, hard hat, gloves, etc.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to evening shifts
  • Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • We need committed workers - no time‑wasters

Driving

  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • If driving: 25+ with max 3 points (insurance purposes)

Pay

£15.00 - £18.00 per hour

Start Date

From 5th May

This role is ideal for dependable, physically capable candidates looking for consistent evening work. If you're not comfortable with physical labour or out‑of‑hours shifts, this role will not be suitable.
