Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00

💷 Rate: £14.73 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our industrial finishing team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality finishes to products before dispatch, ensuring customer specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply undercoats and topcoats using spray-painting techniques to a high standard
• Operate and maintain industrial spray-painting equipment (air-assisted airless spray)
• Set up and troubleshoot spray-painting equipment
• Apply recognised industry standards, e.g., NHSS6, NHSS19a
• Identify quality issues with paint such as drips, runs, and blistering
• Follow work instructions, maintain safety, and meet production targets
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial paint shop
• Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and paint specifications
• Familiarity with health & safety practices in industrial painting
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle materials safely
• Experience with quality control procedures
