Position: Supply Chain Administrator

Shift Pattern: Days regular, Monday to Friday
About this Vacancy:
The successful candidate will work alongside the full Supply Chain team. Areas that you will be involved in are Procurement, Planning, Purchasing, Sales Administration and VAVE Projects.
Duties:
· Arranging and monitoring shipments, ensuring they align with delivery schedules
· Obtaining quotations from hauliers / Planning deliveries
· Creating documentation for orders as per customer request
· Maintaining effective communication with suppliers
· Monitoring and reporting supplier OTD
· Recording and reporting of special delivery
· Processing of paperwork
· Stock report creation
· Upon completion of training to cover other members of the Team during holiday periods
