Stafforce is looking for a Team Leader to work for a well-known household brand in the Kirby Muxloe, LE9 area, helping to coach and guide performance for a team of Warehouse Pickers.

As a Team Leader/Performance Coach you will be working with a small team of Warehouse Pickers, helping to guide new starters, coach performance as well as help our client reach their picking goals!

Shifts: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Transport: Provided (Pick up point - Leicester Bus Station)

Pay: £13.52 (increasing to £13.80 after 12 weeks)

Team Leader/Performance Coach Role:

· Picking small and large items both manually and using a voice picker (training provided)

· Reading performance data and encouraging colleagues to hit targets

· Guiding new starters and conducting site walk arounds

· Stacking and wrapping pallets

· Using a LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) Machinery (training provided)

· Ensuring health & safety rules are adhered to and maintaining the working area

Job Role Requirements - Team Leader

• Excellent attitude and work ethic
• Ability to follow and provide instructions
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to work 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
• Previous experience in supervisory or team leader role is preferred
• Able to travel to site and/or Leicester Bus Station
