We are currently recruiting for a Technical Customer Service Supervisor role based in Shepshed, Leicestershire on a full time and permanent basis.

Office based Monday to Friday | 8:30 am - 5 pm

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Customer Service Supervisor to join an established supplier of machinery products. Working closely with the Technical and Service team providing technical advice to distributors and end users.

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Deliver customer service across a wide range of products

· Provide technical engineering and technical support to distributors and end users

· Actively assist customers and colleagues with warranty returns, delivering excellent aftersale care.

· Liaison with various teams to facilitate the enhancing of product and company materials.

· Guiding the wider team in processing warranty returns

· Assisting the team and identify areas of improvement

· Monitoring the team's overall performance

· Helping with training and development

· Coach and lead the team to investigate and diagnose machine with issues and attempts to resolve where possible over the phone or email.

· Helping field service engineers with repairs and guidelines

· Manage the Customer Experience ticket review meeting.

· Employees will ensure that they adhere to ISO 9001 quality policy

About you:

· You must have a high level of Engineering and Technical skills

· Practical experience and knowledge of products, spares and servicing

· Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

· Experience in managing a team

· Committed to coaching and development and proving solutions across the team.

· Customer service skills

· Ability to multitask, have good time management and prioritise workload

· Able to up sell products and services
