Are you an experienced Telehandler Operator looking for a stable and rewarding role? We're recruiting for a skilled telehandler driver to join a well-established salt company, helping to keep supply chains moving smoothly, especially during the winter months!

The Role:

As a Telehandler Operator, you'll play a vital role in handling and moving bulk salt deliveries, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring the efficient operation of the site. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for maintaining safety, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring accurate stock handling.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operating a Telehandler - Safely load, unload, and move bulk materials around the site.

✔ Stock Management - Ensure salt is stored correctly and efficiently for distribution.

✔ Supporting Logistics - Assist with loading lorries and keeping the yard organised.

✔ Health & Safety Compliance - Follow all safety regulations and site procedures.

✔ General Yard Duties - Support the wider team with basic maintenance and housekeeping.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Valid Telehandler (CPCS/NPORS) licence - Essential for the role.

🔹 Previous experience operating a telehandler in a warehouse, yard, or industrial setting.

🔹 Ability to work in all weather conditions (it's a salt company, after all!).

🔹 A strong team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.

🔹 Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
