We are currently recruiting for an experienced Thermal Sprayer on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln. This is a full time, permanent position with progression opportunities.

Working: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3:30pm, and Monday to Thursday 3:00pm - 12:30am (rotational)

Role and responsibilities:

* Operating production equipment, such as thermal spray booths, mixers, blasting and blow off equipment, auto blasters feed hoppers and chillers will be part of your role

* You will report equipment faults and clean and maintain your work area and equipment

* In addition to the completion of coating operations , preparation of components prior to coating including blasting and the application of tape will be part of your role

* You will finish off components

* You will store raw material in accordance with company procedures

Experience/ requirements:

* You have proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

* In addition you have experience of working with 3 axis robots

* You have the ability to work efficiently and methodically and you are able to concentrate whilst conducting repetitive tasks

* You have experience following customer specifications, engineering instructions and standard operating procedures

* Further you have previous experience reading engineering drawings and experience working in a robust quality environment
