Van Driver

• Temporary assignment
• Based in Havant
• Hours 07.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch
• £13.00 per hour
• To start in June

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced van driver to join our client, based in Havant. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting and recycling of waste products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting waste products throughout the South & Midlands
• Safely loading and unloading products
• Plan and follow efficient routes
• Working closely with the warehouse operatives and drivers
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Completing delivery and collection documentation
• Maintaining the vehicle condition

Requirements:

• Current van driving experience
• Hold a UK driving licence for more than a year with no penalty points
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
• Ability to work effectively and communicate well with colleagues
• Good customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
