We're currently recruiting reliable and motivated Van Drivers to join our clients' growing teams across Bridgend and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for full-time work or flexible agency shifts, we have a range of opportunities available, including parcel delivery, multi-drop, and local distribution roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers and businesses

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Plan and follow delivery routes effectively

• Ensure all paperwork and electronic records are completed accurately

• Load and unload goods when required

• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery

• Represent the business professionally at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements

• Previous van driving or delivery experience

• Good knowledge of local road networks

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
