Position: Warehouse & Sales Support

Salary: £25,396 per year
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 4 30pm
Duties:
- To professionally and promptly serve customers, including all paperwork and taking correct payment.
- Picking and packing customer orders, ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed fully and accurately.
- Accepting deliveries from suppliers, checking the goods against the paperwork & putting the stock away in the correct location.
- Stock rotation in the warehouse including changing picking locations from time to time.
- Carrying out accurate stock checks as required.
- Safely loading and unloading vehicles, both manually and by forklift.
- Provide a professional level of customer service to our customers.
- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately on our computer system.
- Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Administration work including invoicing orders, issuing credit notes and quotations.
- Ensure stock levels are reviewed in accordance with Group policies and suppliers criteria, placing & chasing purchase orders and booking in stock on the computer system.
- Cash handling, banking, completing payment sheets for Head Office Accounts department.
- General office and warehouse support to be provided to the branch manager.
- Occasional relief (small 3.5 tonne vehicle) driving as and when required.
- Keep up to date with our range of products to ensure you can provide assistance and advice to customers.
- To assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and professional workplace.
