We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/Goods In Operative for our client based in Abergavenny.

The purpose of the role will involve working with the Stores Supervisor to maintain a strong warehouse area supporting other business functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Booking in of incoming materials using the companies ERP system

Managing stock inventory and feeding information to the companies Stores supervisor

where required

Ensure production areas are provided with the required materials for completion of works

orders

Using picking lists to provide materials to production and dispatch

Carrying out stock checks and providing information for ERP adjustments to be made

Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained

Ensuring the warehouse area abides by health, safety and environmental regulations

Experience and Qualifications

Experience within a store's environment

Forklift Licence

Experience using ERP systems

Basic IT skills using Microsoft and database systems

Basic numeracy and analytical skills

Ability to work using their own initiative and as part of a team

Hours of Work

36.5 Hour working week (08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Thurs, 08:00 - 12:30 Fri)

£12.32 p/h
