Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.01 per hour

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced parcel sorting operation. This is a physically demanding role involving freight handling and heavy lifting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy active work and thrive in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and freight accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Maintaining a safe and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures

Shift Patterns Available

We require candidates with full flexibility to work across various shift patterns, including:

• Early Mornings: Start times between 1:00am and 4:00am
• Afternoons: Start times between 1:00pm and 4:00pm
• Evenings/Nights: Start times between 6:00pm and 11:00pm

Shift lengths are variable depending on daily operational requirements and parcel volumes. Shifts can range from shorter operational cover through to up to 12 hours during peak periods.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full flexibility is essential as shift patterns, start times and shift lengths will vary based on operational needs.
• Due to some start and finish times, not all shifts are accessible via public transport. Applicants should ensure they have suitable transport arrangements before applying.
