Warehouse Operative

Daventry, Northants

£11.44 per hour

Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am until 4pm

Temp to Permanent

Our long established Daventry based client are recruiting for a temp to perm Warehouse Operative to start in January 2025.

Working as part of a small team, in a friendly and supportive working environment, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and train in all areas of their warehouse operation.

Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
• Operating warehouse equipment including FLT (training provided).
• Using the warehouse computer system.
• Following Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Warehouse Operative Skills & Experience:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Computer literate.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
