Job Title: Port Warehouse Operative
Location: Immingham
Employment Type: 12 hour shifts
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy port operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are handled, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely within our port warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading cargo from containers, vehicles, and vessels
Sorting, packing, and palletising goods for storage or onward transport
Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required)
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following health & safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience preferred (but not essential)
Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting where required
Team player with good communication skills
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends if required
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential - training may be provided)
