Warehouse Operative - Immingham - Immediate Start Available

Job Type: 12 hour shifts
Salary: £12.21 - £15.07 per hour + Overtime

Are you a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative looking for a secure role with career progression? Join our growing team at Stafforce , based in Immingham, and become a key part of a fast-paced logistics and port operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers, vehicles, and pallets safely and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, and sort goods ready for storage or dispatch.

• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery (training provided).

• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe in line with site procedures.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain smooth operations.

• Follow all Health & Safety and security protocols at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience preferred (not essential).

• Full UK Driving licence required.

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving goods.

• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or nights if required.

• FLT or plant licences (desirable but training can be provided).
