Job Type: 12 hour shifts
Salary: £12.21 - £15.07 per hour + Overtime
Are you a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative looking for a secure role with career progression? Join our growing team at Stafforce , based in Immingham, and become a key part of a fast-paced logistics and port operations environment.
Load and unload containers, vehicles, and pallets safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and sort goods ready for storage or dispatch.
Operate warehouse equipment and machinery (training provided).
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe in line with site procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain smooth operations.
Follow all Health & Safety and security protocols at all times.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience preferred (not essential).
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving goods.
Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or nights if required.
FLT or plant licences (desirable but training can be provided).
