Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Teesport

Pay Rate: £13.77 per hour (all hours)

Hours: Full-time - approximately 40 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday (rotating)

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Training: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (Week 1)

About the Role

We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation based at Teesport.

This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates looking to build a career within a well-established business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Operating Counterbalance and Flexi forklifts (valid licence required)
• Supporting the movement, storage, and handling of goods
• General warehouse and yard duties
• Maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and Flexi forklift licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• Medical assessment to be completed within the first 8 weeks of employment
• Must be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
