Warehouse Operative - Order Picker / Packer We are currently looking for a hardworking, friendly individuals who can work as part of a team ensuring efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock.

What is an Order Picker/Packer?

An order picker/packer is entrusted to pick items from our extensive warehouse, using scanning machines and trolley systems in accordance with internal Company process and equipment. Taking pride in representing the Company by ensuring a high standard of performance, working collaboratively with other teams including Dispatch.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Check the quality of the items that are being dispatched including taking the time to repackage poorly presented items.

· Assist dispatch of orders ensuring all items are scanned and placed into the correct size packaging, sealed and stickered correctly.

· Undertake Stock checks as and when required.

· Assist in relocating returned items.

· Replace any damaged storage boxes as required.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.

· Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Physical Demands of the Role:

The role involves the following physical demands on a daily basis:

· Standing and/or walking for long periods of 8 hours per shift (standard full-time shifts are 8 hours excluding overtime.

· Lifting and moving products of heavy weight

· Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching for 8 hours per shift

· Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists

· Regularly climbing and descending flights of stairs safely / ladders safely.
