📦 Warehouse Operator

📍 Location: Billingham

💷 Pay Rate: £13.77 - £14.41 per hour (all hours)

Hours: Full-time, approx. 40 hours per week

🕒 Shift Patterns

4 on 4 off (rotating shifts):

  • 06:00 - 18:00
  • 18:00 - 06:00

Monday to Friday (rotating shifts):

  • Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

🔍 About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Billingham.

This is a long-term, temporary ongoing opportunity with the potential of going permanent for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for stability and career progression within logistics and warehousing.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Reach Forklifts and LLOP's (proof of experience or licences required)
  • Assisting with the movement, storage, and handling of goods
  • General warehouse and yard duties
  • Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
  • Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Previous experience operating Reach Trucks or LLOP's
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
