Job Opportunity: Full-Time Warehouse Production Worker

Location: Southampton
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Shift work)
Pay: £11.44 per hour + Performance Bonuses
Contract: Full-time, 3-month trial with potential for permanent employment

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Production Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. This position starts with a three-month temporary trial period, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating a large automated metal pallet washing machine. You'll need to quickly learn machine processes, conduct quality checks, and adhere to all health and safety protocols. Please note that heavy lifting is a key part of this role. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage an automated metal pallet washing machine
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Engage in heavy lifting as required

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Occasional shifts from 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Overtime available on weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting wage of £11.44 per hour
• Monthly attendance bonus (up to £100)
• Productivity bonus (up to £300 per month once fully trained)
• On-site parking available

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
