As an Order Picker / Packer, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our clients warehouse operations. Using high-tech scanning equipment and trolley systems, you will pick and pack customer orders in line with company procedures, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency at all times. You'll work closely with the Dispatch team to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time.
Shift Pattern

There are numerous shift ranging from

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
  • Nights
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing orders accurately using scanning equipment
  • Checking the quality and presentation of items prior to dispatch, repackaging where necessary
  • Scanning, sealing and labelling parcels into the correct size packaging
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required by management

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role and includes:
  • Standing and/or walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Lifting and moving heavy products
  • Regular bending, reaching (including above head height), kneeling, crouching and stretching
  • Manual handling requiring dexterity of both hands and wrists
  • Safely climbing and descending stairs and ladders
A full induction and mandatory health & safety training will be provided upon commencement.
Experience & Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow processes
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Reliable and punctual
