Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Wash-gang Operatives to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. No previous experience is required, as full training and protective gear will be provided. This role involves carrying out full deep cleans of chicken sheds using industrial jet wash equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using high-pressure jet wash equipment to clean and disinfect chicken sheds
• Ensuring all areas meet strict bio security and hygiene standards
• Handling and using cleaning chemicals safely
• Working as part of a team to complete full-site clean-downs within set time frames
• Following health and safety regulations and wearing provided PPE
• Reporting any equipment faults or maintenance issues
• Travel to other sites may be required, with accommodation provided when working away

Requirements:

• No experience required - full training provided
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working in agricultural settings
• Willingness to work in varying conditions and follow strict hygiene protocols
• Reliable and a strong team player
• Flexibility to travel when required
