Stafforce is currently recruiting Waste Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in North Cave. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for stable, long-term employment within a growing industry.


Key Responsibilities for Waste operative:

  • Sorting and segregating waste materials safely and efficiently
  • Working on production lines and within a recycling yard environment
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
  • Following all health & safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider team to meet operational targets

The Ideal Candidate for waste operative:

  • Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role
  • Able to work outdoors and in varying conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Previous waste/recycling or production experience is beneficial but not essential
