Job Advert: Experienced Welder
Location: Rotherham
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our clients team in Rotherham. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Ensure high-quality welds and finishes, meeting industry standards and company specifications
  • Work with a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  • Maintain and care for welding equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a welder
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant welding qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) preferred
